How to keep fit
As the pace of modern life continues to quicken, people’ health is more worrying. It is reported that millions of people died of disease every year. People still don’t have the consciousness that health is far more important than everything. You can take away our money, house, car, or even our clothes and we can survive. But if our health is taken away, we could surely die. In fact, most of us are in the state of sub-health which poses a threat to us. Thus made keeping physically fit of our urgent assignment. But what should we do to keep physically fit?
First, we need to take more fruits and vegetables for they contain lots of vitamins. Except for this, we should keep a balance diet. We need to avoid food with lots of sugar and fat. We need to get rid of bad habits such as drinking and smoking.
Second, taking exercise half an hour each day is of benefit to keep physically fit. As it known to us all, the more work pressure we have, the higher possibilities we get sick especially heart disease. Doing exercise can release our body as well as our mind adequately.
Last but not least, friends are an important part of our health. Many studies show that people with a wide range of social contacts get sick less than those who don’t. When we stay with our friends, we’ll fell comfortable, happy and have a good mood the whole day.
The advice given above is the key to keep physically fit. They sound easy to do, but not many people can manage them. A strong will is necessary if you want to keep health. Once you stick to them, you will lead a healthy life.
