摘要：A method of manufacturing polyurethane foams comprising the steps of mixinga polyol and an organic isocyanate without casuing them to substantially react each otherthereby to obtain a nonreacted mixture, mixing the nonreacted mixture with a foamingagent, a catalyst, a foam stabilizer and other necessary additires such as a pigment, a fireretardant and a filler, and injecting the resultant mixture to foam and crosslink. Thepolylol and the organic isocyanate may be preliminarily mixed with a gas such as an inertgas or air. The nonreacted mixture containing the polyol and organic isocyanate may besubjected to again at a temperature of -10to 25 DEG C for 12 to 27 hours.
