摘要：The invention relates to a nucleic acid containing a nucleotide sequence whichby binding to a transcription product of the gene coding for the α4-chain of the adhesionmolecule VLA-4 fully or at least partly inhibits expression of the adhesion molecule VLA-4 in mammal cells. The invention also relates to a vector containing said nucleic acid andto a pharmaceutical composition which contains the nucleic acid or vector and can beused, for example, for the mobilization of hemocytoblasts in mammals, for the treatmentof malignant hematological diseases and for the treatment of pathological inflammatoryresponses in mammals.
