future.Through piles of papers on his desk and his worrying face, we can say that he is confused about his job seeking.And the words “which job suits me ?”which he said proved our speculation.

Nowadays,finding an ideal job is the first priority for the college students who just graduated. Most of them lack of job experience and a clear job plan, which both are the companies valued. To find a good job, we must have the qualities the

employers need, such as the ability to learn new things quickly or rich experience in solving professional problems. Since thought to be aimed as got a most suitable position, we need to be prepared to make it.

From my part, the first thing which is the most important thing is to make your own job target and fight for it as soon as possible.A specific job plan will help those job seekers making a way without hesitation, and walking on the right direction.

Secondly, I believe that, the more job experience you got in your professional area the more likely you will have the job you dreamed for a long time. Most employers want to employ a person who will fix all the stuff at his or her part even it’s the first workday of the new comer. Therefore, accumulate some working experience in

college may offer some more chance when seeking jobs for graduates.The last but not the least, the GPA can prove a person is excellent or not to some degrees, for if a

student got a very high mark in college, it at least means he or she has a brilliant brain and good study ability.

In a word, the chance are for the people who got well prepared.The students should managed to set up a clarified long-term goal for their jobseeking, and make themselves become better to appeal to their future employers.
