·Bachelor degree in relevant majors from renowned universities.·Thorough understanding of Investment Banking business.

·Extensive knowledge of the domestic and international capital markets and the firm’s products and services.

·Relevant qualifications, such as SAC’s certificate (证券从业⼈员资格证书), Sponsorship Qualification (注册成功的保荐⼈资格) , CFA or others.Skills and Abilities

·Customer-oriented mentality.·Effective communicator.
