1.Inspection Logic 检查的逻辑

1.1 the flow of inspection data 流动检测数据

this system process the inspection parameters that have been created through teaching and the component

image date that has been taken during the inspection according to the inspection logic. when the inspection data of a component meets the criteria set on the inspection parameters, it is judged to be a good component. when the data does not meet zhe criteria, it is judged as a faulty component.

the inspection logic for the component inspection and the land inspection varies according to the component type. 检查逻辑元件的检查和土地检查根据不同的组件类型

when conducting surface window inspection (mounting inspection,bridging inspection,polarity

inspection),common inspection logic is used for all general and IC components.

1.3 inspection parameters 检查参数

inspection parameters,which are the smallest elements to comprise the inspection data,are composed of \"windows\"\"color parameters\"and\"inspection criteria\".each\"window\"in an inspection parameter contains\"color parameters\"and\"inspection criteria\".

检查参数,这是最小的元素组成的检查数据,是组成的“窗口” , “颜色参数”和“检验标准” ,每个“窗口”在一检查参

the inspection logic determines the inspection paramenters to be used for each component. 检查的逻辑,决定检查参数可用于每个组件

color parameters set the colors necessary for the inspection from the camera image. which

colors are to be extracted is predetermined by the window types and component types .this is called \"applicable colors\".color parameters are consisted of several applicable colors. in the table above,[component edge 1][component edge 2]and[component edge 3]are applicable

inspection criteria are the reference values to determine whether the inspection results

are good or fault. the criteria for the inspected areas in the camera image,such as fillet and bridge(how big it is or how far apart they are ,etc.),are set by entering values. 检查的标准是参考值,以确定是否检查结果是好的或过失。准则视察的地区,在相机的形象,如圆角和桥(有多大,这是或如何相距遥远,他们是等) ,是由进入的价值观。

1.4 how to conduct inspection 如何进行检查

the inspection is conducted in a specified order(inspection logic)using the inspection

2.the system will then extract pixels that match the color established in the color parameters(applicable colors). 该系统将提取像素相匹配的颜色成立于颜色参数(适用于颜色) 。

in the inspection of component edges,pixels that match the colors established in[component

edge 1], [component edge 2],and[component edge 3]will be extracted.

detection direction is also predetermined by the inspection logic).

in the direction from the inside to the outside of the component,the system will search the

areas in which the sets of pixels extracted in step 2 equal[land window width]× [width](%)and continue[length](pixel)or longer.

4. if sets of pixels that satisfy the criteria described in step 3 are found,the component is

determined to be good(with component edges).if sets of pixels that meet the criteria described in step 3 are not found,the component is determined to be faulty(without component edges). 如果套像素,满足标准所描述的在第3步中发现,部分是被确定为良好(与组件边缘) 。如果套像素指出,符合条件的

描述在第3步中没有发现,部分是被确定为故障(无组件的优势) 。

1.5 the list of component types and windows 名单的组成类型和窗口

the inspection of component is conducted within the inspection range of a specified window.

the following section shows how to set the position of windows for each component type. this manual explains the inspection logic by showing an example of one component type. for the window positioning procedures of component types other than the examples,please refer to the illustration below.

this process recognizes the PCB adjustment mark within the adjustment window and adjusts the

position for the entire board.

the adjustment mark size should be 5-300 pixels in diameter. 调整马克大小应5-300像素,直径 material 材料

1. the adjustment mark should have a suffcient contrast with its surrounding.

2. the adjustment mark may not be recognized if the PCB is excessively warped. in this case

the adjustment mark shoud be tested for proper recognition.

3. there should be no cu foil,silk printing,punches,or any other objects that may cause

recognition errors within the designated window.

extracting the adjustment mark position. 提取调整马克的立场 1.a search is made for the adjustment mark,which coincides the most in shape with the adjustment

mark provided in teaching in the component window,and the component window is moved to this position. 搜索是为调整马克,正好是最在形状与调整马克提供了在教学中的组件窗口,窗口组件转移到了这一立场. 2. if the area of the detected applicable colors equals to[area(%)]or more of the component window

size,the center of the component window is assigned as the position of the adjustment mark. 如果该地区的发现适用于颜色等于[面积( % ) ]或更多的组成部分窗口大小,该中心的部分窗口被指定为立场的调整大关。
