Just one last dance, before we say goodbye. We meet in the night in the Spanish café, I look in your eyes just don't know what to say, It feels like I'm drowning in salty water. A few hours left 'til the sun's going to rise. Tomorrow will come, it‟s time to realize. Our love has finished forever, how I wish to come with you; how I wish we make it through. Just one last dance, before we say goodbye, when we sway and turn round and round and round, it's like the first time. Just one more chance, hold me tight and keep me warm, because the night is getting cold, and I don't know where I belong. Just one last dance.

It is the lyrics of a beautiful song just one last dance which is the theme song of a movie called One Last Dance and is known by millions.

The movie is about a sad love story. The hero was badly ill and at last he died in the heroine's arms after he had the last dance with his girlfriend. The song was totally in an exquisite and touching tone which expresses the pain of departing between lovers. It makes me have a good understanding of the love between the actress and actor of the movie.

From the movie, we can have a lot of enlightenment about the life, the love, the change, the misunderstanding, the sincere and the dream.

The life we are faced with is not simple, it likes thousands of knots. When we desperate one knot, it still has many knots to desperate. As the saying goes, Life is not always a bed of roses. We will meet plenty of difficulties which we must wipe out; it is not just a difficulty but a chance to learn from mistakes which makes us grow.

The love on the movie was great. Male and female heroes was a couple, they got divorced seven years ago. Because of one dance, they got together. Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start now and make a new ending. No matter who was the culprit led to the divorce, it had been past. Romantic emotions can not win over daily necessities, it is the fact .We are supposed to face up to the love or the trouble that comes from our daily life. Dream is always the dream. Things happened in the fairy tales hardly happen in the real life, so we should have a positive attitude whatever the difficulty is.

The change is happening every minute. With the time flying, seven years had been passed. As for the couple, everything would happen. They lost the love, the tacit understanding, the feeling they had loved, and so on. It is known that time and tides wait for no man and can not be called again. Take China for example, it makes progress and developments every minute. In some time ago, Japan was replaced by China as the world‟s second largest economy country. Time can change everything even the feelings buried in deep heart.

The misunderstanding drives everything be in chaos. As a dancer, when they were dancing, they must have communications in spirit. If they can not feel each other just for the misunderstanding, the dance must have no spirit. In the movie, at first, because of the chief actor hurt his leg, he felt upset and wanted to give up, went away. But for his former wife‟s sincere, their dream would never come true. They solved the misunderstanding that they were always having. After this accident, they tied firmly

and worked harder just for their original dream.

The sincere related to the love is true or real. That is to say, to the world you may be one person, but to one person you may be the world. It does not need much money, just the heart filled with true love no matter what you are, no matter what you have. If you have the heart that can do everything possible for the person you love, I think it is the sincere. Sincere is invisible, it does not have a concrete shape. We can just feel it from our hearts.

The dream makes us work hard to realize it. Everyone has his own dream just like being a teacher, being a doctor and so on. Once upon he sets this goal, he will spare no efforts to make it come true. It is great to have a dream; it may be the power that drives us and keeps us moving. In this move, their dream is the beautiful dance. This makes them together and tries their best to complete the dance. It is a hard progress to make the dance danced on the stage become possible. They keep trying and practicing. On the way, they may fall over themselves, shed their bleed and tears. But they do not give up. Just as a famous man said “Victory won't come to me until go to it.”

You can say it just a movie, it just a song, but you can not say they are meaningless. From them, we can learn not just the things I have written. For the same thing, different people has different opinions, we can not force everybody to think on the way that we do. Each person is individual. This movie also tells us only keeping moving can be successful.

The music is sweet. The story is sad. The feeling is special.
