设Lc为临界电感值,
Lc=Vo*Ts*Dmin*(1-Dmin)(2次方)/(2*Io)
=300*9.85*10(-6次方)*0.767*0.233*0.233/(2*0.5)
=123uH
L>Lc
电感取值时要大于123微亨;本设计中取1mH;
环行电感,原边55匝,1mH感量,副边48匝
电容器:
C=Dmax*Ts*Io/△V
=0.900*9.85*10(-6次方)*5/0.1
=443.2uH
ESRmax<△V/(Is+Vsmin*Dmax*Ts/2L)
=0.1/(5/(1-0.9)+30*0.900*9.85*10(-6次方)/(2* 10(-3次方)) =0.75ohm
二极管:
Vd1(max)=V o=300V
Id1(max)=Io/(1-Dmax)+Vs(max)*D(max)*Ts/2L
