摘要：A computer system (1) has a node (10) and a service processor (SVP) (30)connected together via a crossbar switch having a diagnosis section (21). An input/output(I/O) unit (2) is connected to the SVP (30). The diagnosis section (21) has a serial controller
(22). The SVP (30) writes data to be transmitted to the node (10) from the I/O unit (2) intothe serial controller (22). The node (10) reads data stored in the serial controller (22). Thenode (10) also writes data to be transmitted to the I/O unit (2) into the serial controller(22). The serial controller (22) instructs the SVP (30) to read the data written by the node(10). The SVP (30) reads this data and sends it to the I/O unit (2).
