摘要：The invention relates to an oil-in-water emulsion comprising 0. 01-50% byweight of the total preparation, preferably 0.1-10%, of a galactolipid material as anemulsifier. The galactolipid material consists of at least 50% digalactosyldiacylglycerols,the remainder being other polar lipids. The said emulsion is suitable as a carrier for oneor more active substances in a pharmaceutical composition, but also in nutritional,cosmetical, food and agricultural products.
