company.You are applying for the personnel secretary position ,so how do you think of this job?

Inter: Well,first I think a secretary must be a confidential

employee.Second,the personnel secretary is entrusted with private or secret matters and is employed to conduct correspondence,to keep records,and usually to deal with some personnel turnover matters.The secretary also must be efficient.

HRM:ok,then I want to know what qualifications do you have for this job?

Inter:I’ve been well-trained for this job. I can type fast ,and I am good at short handing,keyboarding,and transcribing.In addition,I think I an a rather good organizer.I can make everything well-organized.And I am patient.I firmly believe that I can handle the office routine.

HRM:oh,I see.So do you have any plan to settle down in next a few years?

Inter:For now,I am single.And I will not get married or have a baby in next 3 to 4years.So I will devote myself into my work.

HRM:well,this is great!By the way,do you have a driver license or a personal computer certificate?

Inter:I don’t have a driver license but I am learning to drive,I think it won’t be long before I get it.As for pc certificate,I do have one in that field.Here it is.(递上证书)

HRM:oh,this is very good!So do you have any questions want to ask me ?

Inter:Yes! I want to know about the salary and the fringe benefit of the company.

HRM:Ok,the basic salary for your job is4000RMB per month.And if you performance well,there will be other premium.We also have insurance for our employees.

Inter:oh,and I wonder if there is a dormitory for our employee to live.

HRM:Oh,yes,I forgot it.We have a lot of dormitories which have good conditions.
